Influential Legal Scholar Jumps From Chicago to Harvard; U. of Colorado's Board Approves New President; Clark Atlanta U.'s Chief Retires Under Fire
NEW JURISDICTION: Harvard Law School scored a major coup last week with the hiring of Cass R. Sunstein, one of the nation's most influential legal scholars and political theorists. But Mr. Sunstein, who has taught at the University of Chicago Law School since 1981, isn't pulling up roots entirely: He'll teach a mini-course at Chicago during Harvard's January term. He will also keep his campus office and his apartment in the Windy City.
