Indiana U. Makes Computer-Replacement Plan a Top Priority

Not many large public universities can afford to replace all of their desktop computers every three years. But administrators for the Indiana University system say they've just successfully completed the first replacement cycle and are finding that the program is well worth its $6-million-a-year cost.
