Indiana U. Law School Defends Affirmative Action
Officials at Indiana University School of Law in May defended their affirmative-action efforts after a recent graduate complained that someone had stolen copies of a report he was trying to distribute. The graduate said that the report proved that the school was lowering its standards for minority students.
