Indiana Governor Seeks to Cut Technology Spending
Public-college administrators in Indiana are bracing for cuts in state technology spending under a plan developed by the governor to avoid a deficit.
The governor, Frank O'Bannon, a Democrat, has proposed not releasing $29-million that was supposed to be spent on technology this fiscal year, which began in July.
