India Gives Go-Ahead to Campuses Abroad
In a reversal of an earlier decision, the Indian government said this month that the prestigious Indian Institutes of Management could set up shop abroad after all — provided that they amend certain laws under which they function and take steps to meet the increasing domestic demand for M.B.A. degrees.
