STUDENT REGENT: Wisconsin Gov. Jim Doyle, a Democrat, has said he will sign legislation to add a second student to the University of Wisconsin System's Board of Regents. The new student member of the governing board would be a "nontraditional" undergraduate student, defined in the legislation as someone who is at least 24 years old.
