IMMIGRANT BAN: Public colleges in Missouri would be required to certify that they had not knowingly admitted illegal immigrants before receiving financial support from the state under a measure moving through the state's General Assembly. The bill, which the State House of Representatives voted to approve last week, would bar immigrants who are not legal residents of the United States from attending state colleges. Supporters say Missouri does not have the money to educate undocumented
