VOICING DISCONTENT: Faculty members on Indiana University's Bloomington campus voted to approve a resolution that urges the university's trustees to conduct a midterm review of Adam W. Herbert Jr., the university system's president. The resolution expresses discontent with his performance and lists several complaints that generally portray Mr. Herbert, who is halfway through his five-year contract, as a weak leader. A total of 1,058 faculty members, about 67 percent of those eligible to vote
