NARC, NARC. WHO'S THERE? Police officials in South Korea sought arrest warrants for three employees of Ewha Woman's University, in Seoul, whom they said were growing opium poppies on the university's property.
According to The Chosun Ilbo, a South Korean newspaper, the university's herb-garden manager and its landscaping manager, identified respectively as Hwang and Gang, were accused of cultivating 325 poppies. A pharmacology professor was charged with helping the pair. The suspects
