Temple U. finds benefits to running a law program in China, and new challenges ahead

In the master-of-law courses he took in a program run jointly here by Temple University and Tsinghua University, Bao Jian studied legal practices he had never faced during his six years as a prosecutor in the Chinese court system.

The American way of justice did not always impress.
