AFRICAN UNIVERSITY REOPENS: The University of Bouaké, in the rebel-held part of Ivory Coast, will reopen in April, two-and-a-half years after the outbreak of civil war in the West African nation forced it to shut down. University officials said they would reopen the institution on April 26, although most students have fled.
