CLONING BAN: The Wisconsin Assembly has passed one of the nation's toughest bans on human cloning, outlawing both reproductive cloning and the cloning of embryos solely for research. The bill would also bar Wisconsin scientists from using embryos cloned in laboratories in other states. Gov.
