MORNING-AFTER PILL: The Republican-controlled Wisconsin Assembly has voted to make that state the first in the nation to ban the "morning after" pill on public college campuses. A bill passed in June would prohibit health centers throughout the University of Wisconsin System from advertising, prescribing, or dispensing drugs that are taken after sex to prevent pregnancy.
