BARBER CUT: Bishop State Community College has fired two employees charged as part of a widespread student-aid theft ring at the Alabama two-year institution. The college dismissed John David McCampbell, a barbering instructor, who has been charged with stealing $10,761 in federal aid, and Gregory Lydell Conner, the baseball coach, who has been charged with stealing $945 in federal aid.
