Immunity Ruling by High Court May Give Public Colleges Protection From Lawsuits

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled last week that Florida is immune from a pair of lawsuits in which a New Jersey bank had accused state officials of violating its patented method of investing parents' savings for college.
