Hurricane Damage at Texas Colleges Could Reach $1-Billion
The cleanup, repair, and recovery costs from Hurricane Ike could approach $1-billion for Texas colleges and universities, according to reports from the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board and the campuses themselves.
