ITT's President Quits Troubled Company
Omer E. Waddles, president and chief operating officer of ITT Educational Services, which is being accused of defrauding its investors, has resigned, the company announced last week.
According to the company, Mr. Waddles's resignation is not related to the allegations of shareholders or to a federal investigation into the company's operations. But analysts are skeptical of that statement.
