Holocaust scholars will gain electronic access to a vast trove of Nazi documentation of concentration camps and their victims under an agreement announced on Tuesday by 11 countries that have controlled the archive since the end of World War II, The New York Times reported today. Until now, the archive has been accessible only to the families of Holocaust victims who were seeking to trace their fate. —Andrew Mytelka
