How Colleges Should Treat Students Who Behave Unacceptably Off the Campus

David Cash, Jr., should at least be suspended from the University of California at Berkeley for one year ... ("Some Colleges Extend Their Codes of Conduct to Off-Campus Behavior," October 9).
