How Best to Protect and Study Ancient Artifacts

James Cuno does a disservice to his argument for the legitimacy of Western museums by citing the dust-up between Yale University and Peru over the artifacts of Machu Picchu ("Antiquity Belongs to the World," The Chronicle Review, July 4).
