House Panel Revises Tuition 'Watch List' Provisions in Higher-Education Bill

Responding to complaints from college lobbyists and presidents, the U.S. House of Representatives education committee has radically revised a plan that would penalize colleges with large tuition increases. The new proposal would result in far fewer institutions facing sanctions.
