House Passes Patent-Reform Bill
The U.S. House of Representatives has approved a major bill to alter patent law after agreeing to a few amendments that were pushed by colleges.
The House voted this month to pass the bill, HR 1908, by a vote of 220 to 175. The debate now shifts to the Senate, where a companion bill, S1145, has been passed by the Judiciary Committee.
