House Challenges Bush's Limits on Embryonic-Stem-Cell Research
The simmering debate over stem-cell research got hotter last week as the U.S. House of Representatives voted to overturn President Bush's limitations on federal financing for research on human embryonic stem cells, despite Mr. Bush's threat of a veto.
