Hotel Chain Sues Historians' Association Over Relocated Meeting
The Adam's Mark hotel chain has sued the Organization of American Historians for breach of contract, five months after the group relocated its annual meeting amid allegations that the company had discriminated against black guests.
The hotel chain is seeking $100,000 -- money it says it lost when the group moved its meetings in March from the Adam's Mark Hotel in St. Louis to the campus of Saint Louis University. The company sued in federal court last month in
