Hong Kong Hopes to Be a Higher-Education Hub
Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea — and now Hong Kong. The tiny territory is the latest entrant in the race to become an Asian higher-education hub.
Last October, Donald Tsang, Hong Kong's chief executive, announced that he wanted to draw in many more international students.
But some academics say that while the territory has the academic strength to pull off such a goal, it lacks a cohesive strategy.
