Higher Education in England Has Problems but 'No Systemic Failure,' Report Says
A new report on the quality of teaching in English universities identifies several "areas of concern" that institutions must deal with, including making information about quality and standards more accessible to the public. But the report concludes that there is no broad reason for concern and "no systemic failure" in those areas.
