It is amazing that Henry A. Kissinger is so thin-skinned that he cannot tolerate an honest discussion of his Latin American activities (Hot Type, The Chronicle, February 4). Time is not on his side: The archives are opening. His pose as a hero of the anti-Soviet struggle lost its luster before the 1970s were over. ...
He protected dictatorship, torture, and murder (even of Americans) in the name of U.S. foreign policy. The crises that he helped unleash are not yet
