Hebrew U. of Jerusalem Considers Request for Student Mosques
The Hebrew University of Jerusalem is considering a request from its Muslim students for permission to set up mosques on its two campuses.
The Arab Students Council has long sought to have places set aside on the university's Mount Scopus and Givat Ram campuses where Muslims could pray. The university's dean of students is now reported to be giving the request serious consideration.
