Harvard and Online Company Trade Lawsuits Over Use of the University's Name
Harvard University this month sued NotHarvard.com, a company that uses online instruction to sell merchandise, in an effort to stop the company from using the "NotHarvard" domain name.
In the suit, filed in U.S. District Court in Boston, Harvard also asked for at least $75,000 in damages from NotHarvard.
The suit alleges that people seeking Harvard's Web portal have mistakenly gone to NotHarvard's instead.
