Harvard Revises Law Curriculum
Harvard Law School faculty members have unanimously approved a new curriculum for first-year students that will focus more heavily on international law, problem-solving skills, and modern lawmaking by governmental bodies.
The overhaul is the first of the law school's curriculum in more than 100 years. The new curriculum differs from that of most traditional first-year programs, which are typically devoted to the study of contracts, torts, civil procedure, and criminal
