Harvard Loses a Round in Contentious Tenure Case
Harvard University lost a critical round in its tenure battle with Peter Berkowitz this month, when a Massachusetts Superior Court judge denied the institution's motion to dismiss his lawsuit. The ruling will force Harvard to release confidential tenure documents for only the second time in its history.
