Harvard Law School Sets Fund-Raising Record

More than $175-million was raised during the "Campaign for Harvard Law School," the largest amount ever raised by a law school.

The total, announced this month by Robert C. Clark, dean of the school, exceeded the original goal by $25-million. The law school's campaign was announced in June 1991; its completion marked the end of an early phase of Harvard's $2.1-billion fund-raising effort.
