Harvard Faculty Approves Major Overhaul of Grading and Honors Policies
Faculty members at Harvard University have unanimously approved a series of changes aimed at curbing grade inflation in the undergraduate college. At a regularly scheduled faculty meeting on Tuesday, faculty members voted to completely overhaul the grading and honors systems by capping the number of students who can receive honors and by taking steps to significantly reduce the number of students who earn A's and B's.
