Harry Potter, Stoic Boy Wonder

Controversy over Harry Potter -- not only a literary phenomenon but a cultural one -- is sure to increase in the coming months. A movie is out this week, and the fifth volume in the series should appear next summer. Potter-related toys, games, and other merchandise have been in the stores for a while.
