Harassment Ignored, Oregon Scholar Says
A professor who resigned last summer from a tenured position at Western Oregon University has said that she left partly because she felt that the administration was not doing enough to keep professors from sexually harassing students.
Dovie Trevino, who taught in the university's College of Education until last June, said that administrators handled any accusations of sexual harassment from students "very, very quietly, like nothing had happened."
