Hannah Arendt's 'Eichmann in Jerusalem' Is Finally Published in Hebrew; 70% of Canadian Publisher Donated to U. of Toronto

TRIVIA QUESTION: What famous 20th-century work of reportage on Israel has never been available in Hebrew? Answer: Hannah Arendt's Eichmann in Jerusalem, the German-Jewish-American philosopher's coverage of the trial, in 1961, of the senior Nazi official responsible for the extermination of vast numbers of Eastern European Jews.

In June, 33 years after its publication as a book (it originally appeared in installments in The New Yorker), Arendt's best-known work
