Handling of Michigan Affirmative-Action Case Roils Federal Appeals Court
In one federal court, it seems, the debate over the University of Michigan affirmative-action cases may never end.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit remains caught up in a bitter dispute over its handling of a lawsuit challenging the admissions policy of the law school at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
