Half of Seniors Took Courses Elsewhere Before Enrolling at Current College
Annual survey of student 'engagement' also finds benefits of first-year seminars
Almost half of college seniors took at least one class from another postsecondary institution before enrolling at their current institution. A third of seniors took at least one class at another college after enrolling at the institution from which they planned to earn their degree.
Those findings, which have implications for college curricula and transfer policies, are among the major conclusions
