Group Seeks to Raise Hispanic Enrollment
Local businesses and colleges should help develop outreach programs to raise the college-going rate of Hispanic students, who are less than a third as likely as white students to earn bachelor's degrees, according to a report released last month by the Hispanic Scholarship Fund.
