Grand Jury Is Said to Criticize Regents Over Supervision of Colorado Football
The grand jury that investigated the University of Colorado at Boulder's football-recruiting scandal has produced a report that calls the university's Board of Regents "unqualified" to supervise the football program, according to a local newspaper.
