Graduate-Student Association Will Move to Washington
With graduate-student concerns gaining more public attention, the National Association of Graduate-Professional Students has decided it needs a higher-profile location than Chicago's sedate North Shore.
After 12 years of toiling in Wilmette, Ill., the association is moving to Washington, a few blocks from the Capitol. The group aims to improve the quality of life for graduate and professional students.
