Grading Conservative Students
To the Editor:
John D. Barbour's essay "Grading on the Guilty-Liberal Standard" (The Chronicle Review, June 22) made the intended point. Academe welcomes different points of view no matter what those narrow-minded conservative provocateurs (usually religious conservatives) keep saying. Clearly Professor Barbour can henceforth grade his conservative students fairly with a clear conscience that he need not be charitable to their tedious and repetitious ideas, particularly in the case of
