OVERBILLING ALLEGATIONS: The troubled University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey may be confronting the most serious allegations against it yet, as auditors have discovered that the public-health university may have overbilled the Medicaid program by as much as $70-million over the last decade. Financial irregularities that suggest overbilling were identified during an internal review of annual cost reports, which are end-of-the-year reconciliation statements submitted to the Centers
