Gore and Bush Squabble Over Vice President's Plan for Tuition Tax Breaks
Has Vice President Al Gore been exaggerating the benefits of his proposal to let families deduct up to $10,000 a year in college tuition from their federal taxes? His Republican opponent, Gov. George W. Bush of Texas, thinks so.
