Gore Unveils Plan for Online Federal Services
From the Campaign Trail:
Vice President Al Gore unveiled a plan last week to make almost every government service available over the Internet by 2003. College students, for example, would be able to repay federal loans online.
Speaking at North Carolina State University, Mr. Gore said that if he becomes president, he would "lead a second American revolution," so that people would "have their government at their fingertips."
