Georgia, Iowa Decide on Donor Privacy
Iowa and Georgia have decided to move in opposite directions when it comes to keeping the names of donors to university foundations private. The board of the Iowa State University Foundation has approved a policy that will make the once-private information public, starting in May. Meanwhile, the Georgia House of Representatives has passed a bill that allows university foundations to keep donor records private.
