Gaza Students Remain Wary of Peace Accord's Promise of Access to West Bank
Students in the Gaza Strip are hopeful that a provision of the Wye River Memorandum, signed by Israeli and Palestinian officials last month, will soon result in easier travel to West Bank universities.
