Fullerton Officials and California Auditor Spar Over Gravity of Mismanagement Charges

Shrugging off charges that its officials misled donors and violated their fiduciary responsibility, administrators at California State University at Fullerton said in January that a state auditor's report did not prove "serious mismanagement." Meanwhile, campus leaders are trying to spit shine the institution's tarnished image.
