Fulbright Scholars Are Announced for 2003-4

Hundreds of American academics, professionals, and independent scholars have received awards under the Fulbright Scholar Program to lecture, consult, or conduct research abroad in 2003-4, according to a list posted recently on the Web site of the Council for International Exchange of Scholars, which administers the program under the auspices of the U.S. Department of State.
