Fulbright Group Suggests Ways to Ensure Global Equity in Higher Education
Access to higher education has grown worldwide, but so have problems that could derail that progress, according to 31 scholars supported by the Fulbright Commission who presented the results of a yearlong study of global higher education at a symposium here last week.
The Fulbright New Century Scholars, as they are known, come from 21 countries, including the United States.
